About the wine club

What does the wine club subscription include?

Every month you will receive 2 bottles of wine at home along with 2 postcards describing the wine and tasting notes.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Shipping costs are only free for Spain and Portugal.

When do I receive club wines?

If you join the club before the 24th of the month, you will receive your first box within the next 5 business days.

Starting on the 25th of each month, when you sign up you will receive the following month's box and it will arrive at your home between the 5th and 10th of the month.

Once you subscribe, the wines will arrive at your home every month between the 5th and 10th.

When is the subscription charged?

When you buy a subscription, you will pay immediately. In subsequent months, once you have subscribed, you will be charged on the 2nd or 3rd of each month.

Does the subscription have a permanence?

No. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us at info@bagowines.com. For logistical reasons, we need you to let us know in advance. If you notify us before the 24th of the month, we will process your cancellation and you will no longer receive any more boxes. If you notify us after the 25th, your cancellation will become effective after receiving the following month's box.

You can come back whenever you want, the doors at Bago are always open!

Where can I receive Bago products?

At the moment Bago ships to all of Spain, except the Balearic and Canary Islands. If you live in the islands and want to be part of Bago, send us an email to info@bagowines.com.

Can I change the delivery address?

If you change address or go on holiday and want to receive your wines there, you only have to write to us at info@bagowines.com until the 24th of each month and we will send the wines to your new home.

Can I gift a wine club subscription?

Yes. You can give a gift of a one, two, three or six month subscription to anyone you want.

About the gift of a subscription

What options do I have for making a gift at BAGO?

You can gift a one, two, three or six month membership to the club. Payment is made in one go.

How does the gift work?
  • Once you have bought a subscription gift, we need you to send us an email to info@bagowines.com telling us the name of the person to whom you are giving the gift.
  • You will receive an email with the gift voucher in case you want to print it to give as a gift. There we explain the instructions for your friend to activate their subscription.
  • Your friend writes to us at info@bagowines.com, and we activate their subscription to the club.
Is there a discount if I gift two or three months of subscription?

Yes! You will see that we have made a small discount on the two, three and six month price for purchasing a longer subscription.

When will my friend receive the bottles?

The timings are the same as in the club, but they are based on the date the subscription is activated. If the person receiving the gift activates their account by the 24th of the month, they will receive the wines within a maximum of 5 days. If they activate it after the 24th, the wines will arrive between the 5th and 10th of the following month.
