Simon Busser cultivates five hectares of vines inherited from his father in a bend in the Lot River, just outside Cahors, equidistant from the Mediterranean sun and the rainy French Atlantic. Since 2008, Simon has been practising organic viticulture, using a horse-drawn plough and avoiding any additives in winemaking. He himself defines his style as "traditional" and "non-technical", seeking to express the authenticity of the terroir and the purity of the fruit.
Si Rose Forever is made from 40-year-old Malbec vineyards, where it is native, on clay soils. The grapes are vinified without maceration with skins, with direct pressing and aging for 6 months in tanks. The result is a fresh wine due to its acidity and with the characteristic structure of Malbec. A perfect companion for August tables.
